Quick and Easy Chocolate Mousse

5 oz. semisweet chocolate squares, chopped
1¼ cup whipping cream

Combine both items in a saucepan. Cool, stirring constantly until chocolate
melts and smooth. Remove from heat and cool completely. Transfer mixture
to a mixing bowl; cover and chill 8 hours or overnight

Just before serving, beat the mixture at high speed until mixture thickens to
desired consistency. Spoon into individual bowls. Top with any extra whipped
cream or topping if desired.
