6 cups French bread 1” cubes
2 cups milk
8 oz. evaporated milk
3 tbsp. Puerto Rican rum
1 cup cream of coconut
1 cup grated coconut
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 cup raisins
Combine all ingredients and pour into 8 x8 pan and bake for 45 minutes.
Serve with whipped topping and fresh strawberries,
