1 whole package regular Oreos
1 (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened
White chocolate for dipping
Process Oreos in food processor until finely crushed. Combine cream cheese in
Oreo crumbs.
Lighly grease your hands. Roll into small 1” balls and place the balls on the
waxed paper lined sheet. Refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm.
Melt white chocolate in a double broiler OR microwave at HIGH 1 minute, then
stir. Repeat until chocolate melted and smooth. DO NOT OVERCOOK as it cause
a breakdown and made it “un-dippable”. Dip in truffles. Return to refrigerator
until chocolate harden.
Makes 5 dozen.
