Low-Cal Low-Fat Double Chocolate Mousse

1½ cups cold milk, divided
2 squares semisweet baking chocolate
1 4oz. pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
2 cups frozen Cool Whip® whipped topping, thawed

Combine 1 cup of milk and chocolate in large microwave-able bowl. Micro on
HIGH 2 minutes. Stir until completely melted. Stir in remaining milk.
Add pudding mix; beat with wire whisk 2minutes or until well blended.


Refrigerate 20 minutes. Gently stir in 1½ cups of whipped topping.
Spoon into dessert dishes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Top with remaining whipped topping. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
