4 oz. sweetened chocolate
20 Oreo cookies, crushed to make 2 cups
1 cup toasted almonds, ground
3 tbsp whipping cream
3 tbsp. orange juice
Powdered sugar
Ground almond
Unsweetened cocoa
Melt chocolate in saucepan, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in
Oreos, nuts, cream and juice. Shape into 1" balls. Cover and chill 20 minutes.
Roll 1 dozen in powdered sugar, 1 dozen in ground almonds and 1 dozen in cocoa.
Store in airtight container in refridgetor.
