Toasted S'More Snowballs

12 graham cracker squares
12 small scoops chocolate fudge or rocky road ice cream
1 7.2 oz pkg fluffy white frosting mix

Line baking sheet with waxed paper. Arrange cracker squares on waxed paper.
Use a small scoop to place a mound of ice cream on each square. Cover and freeze.

Prepare frosting mix according to pkg. Instructions. Using a spoon to spread
frosting over each mount, spreading to cover. Freeze 1 hour (cover loosely
after frosting gets firm).

Transfer squares to a greased baking sheet. Bake, uncovered at 500° 3-4 minutes
or until frosting is golden brown. Serve immediately.

Make 12 servings. Recipe can be halved for 6 servings
