11oz. butterscotch chips
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1½ cups miniature marshmallows
2/3 cups peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped peanuts
Mix chips, milk and marshmallows in saucepan. Heat 5-6 minutes or until smooth,
stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla
untll blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 9" square glass pan.
Chill until firm; cut into squares. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
TO MAKE CHOCOLATE FUDGE: Substitute semisweet chocolate chips for butterscotch
and 1 stick margarine, melted for peanut butter
