21 oz. apple pie filling
8 (6" diameter) flour tortillas
1½ cups apple juice
½ cup sugar
¾ cup margarine
Spoon about 1/3 cupful of pie filling onto each tortilla; roll up tortillas and
place seam side down on greased baking sheet.
Mix juice, sugar and margarine in a saucepan; bring to boil. Reserve ½ cup; pour
remaining sauce over tortillas. Bake covered at 350° in oven for 15-20 minutes
or until tortillas are golden brown. Serve warm with reserve sauce.
