30 oz. can pumpkin pie filing
3 8oz. cartons plain yogurt
24 3” gingersnap cookies
Combine pumpkin and yogurt. Chill for 4 hours. Then freeze in a 4 qt. ice cream
freezer, according to manufactures' directions.
Sandwich frozen mixture between cookies to make 12 generous ice cream sandwiches.
Or you can use ice cream to top on a thick slice of a spice-flavor cake.
